Program Lead BI Academy Institute of Design & Construction

BI Academy is seeking a highly organized and proactive Program Lead to oversee the planning, coordination, delivery, and growth of our training and professional development programs. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, managing multiple activities, ensuring excellent learner experiences, and driving program success from concept to completion. Key Responsibilities Program Management

• Plan, coordinate, and execute all academy programs, courses, workshops, and special initiatives.
• Develop and maintain program calendars, schedules, and delivery timelines.
• Monitor program performance and ensure smooth execution.

• Manage student onboarding, registration, communication, and support.
• Track attendance, assignments, assessments, and completion rates.
• Ensure a positive and professional learning experience.

• Coordinate instructors, facilitators, guest speakers, and industry partners.
• Schedule classes, meetings, site visits, and special events.
• Support faculty with program materials and logistics.

• Maintain accurate student records and program documentation.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports.
• Manage program budgets, resources, and operational requirements.
• Ensure all learning materials are available and properly organized.

• Support student recruitment and enrollment activities.
• Build relationships with schools, organizations, and industry stakeholders.
• Contribute ideas for new programs and market expansion.

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, Project Management, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years experience in program management, education administration, training coordination, or related roles.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
