Responsibitlies
- Edit property videos, promotional videos, reels, walkthroughs, interviews, and corporate videos.
- Transform raw footage into engaging, professional, and visually appealing content.
- Create short-form videos for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Edit property walkthrough and virtual tour videos.
- Add captions, subtitles, music, sound effects, transitions, graphics, and branding elements.
- Ensure all videos follow ACE's brand identity and professional standards.
- Work closely with the Marketing, Sales, and Digital Marketing teams to develop content that supports sales objectives.
- Attend property shoots, events, site visits, and other company activities when required.
- Select the best footage and maintain an organized library of video assets.
- Resize and optimize videos for different social media platforms.
- Stay updated on current video trends, editing styles, and social media content formats.
- Make revisions based on feedback from management and the marketing team.
- Ensure videos are completed and delivered within agreed timelines.
- Support the creation of creative campaigns designed to generate property leads and increase brand awareness.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess an SSCE / GCE / NECO qualification with 2 - 3 years experience.
Salary
N200,000 - N300,000 monthly.
