Senior Sales Representative

Job Summary
- We are seeking an experienced and target-driven Senior Sales Representative to drive business growth by identifying new sales opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets across assigned territories.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Build relationships with contractors, architects, builders, developers, retailers, and other key customers.
- Promote and sell the company's building materials and finishing products.
- Generate leads, follow up on quotations, and close sales.
- Conduct regular field visits and source new projects.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Achieve sales targets and prepare regular sales reports.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
- HND / Bachelor's Degree in any relevant field.
- Minimum of 3 years' sales experience, preferably in the building materials, construction materials, or related industry.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets.
- Good knowledge of the Lagos or Abuja market.
Salary and Benefits
- Competitive Salary of N350,000 – N600,000 per month.
