• A leading healthcare and pharmaceutical company is seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Medical Sales Representative to join its team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in pharmaceutical or medical sales, excellent knowledge of healthcare products, and an established ability to build relationships with healthcare professionals and institutions.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, nurses, hospitals, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals.
• Promote and sell pharmaceutical, medical, or healthcare products to achieve sales targets.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to communicate product benefits and usage.
• Manage assigned territories and develop strategies to maximise sales opportunities.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and new product developments.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to implement effective sales strategies.
• Provide excellent after-sales support and resolve customer enquiries or product-related concerns.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and orders.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and ethical sales practices.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Biological Sciences, Life Sciences, Healthcare, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in medical or pharmaceutical sales.
• Experience working with a reputable pharmaceutical company is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of medical products, healthcare terminology, and the pharmaceutical industry.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
• Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Strong territory management, organisation, and time management skills.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and other sales tools.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the South-East region.
