Role Summary:

• We are looking for a motivated and energetic Junior Sales Executive to identify and acquire new customers. The successful candidate will promote our products and services, build relationships with prospective customers, and contribute to achieving the company’s sales targets.
• Minimum one year sales experience is required, training will be provided. This role is ideal for individuals who are confident, persuasive, and passionate about meeting people and achieving results.

Key Responsibilities:

•   Identify and approach prospective customers through field visits, referrals, networking, and other sales activities.
• Present and explain the company’s products and services to potential customers.
• Generate new customer registrations and ensure all required documentation is completed accurately.
• Maintain positive relationships with both new and existing customers.
• Follow up on customer enquiries and provide excellent customer service.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions; with corresponding CRM updates as you will be primary point of contact.
• Submit daily and weekly sales reports to the Team Lead.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities based on client needs and usage patterns.
• Achieve marketing and sales targets as set out by the organisation.
• Assist clients through onboarding, documentation, and activation processes.
• Promote Netzence products and services such as payment solutions, digital wallets, collections, payouts, or lending programs.
• Collaborate with compliance, operations, and risk teams to ensure smooth and compliant client onboarding.
• Assist with brand positioning and promotion of positive brand narrations across all clientele sectors.
• Assist with implementation of marketing strategies across digital and traditional channels.
• Gather client feedback and market insights to support product and process improvements.
• Support retention initiatives and strengthen long-term client relationships.
• Always represent the company professionally.
• Carry out any other duties assigned by management.

Qualifications:

•   Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent in any degree.
• One (1) to three (3) years of experience in a business development or sales role with record of achieved targets.
• Excellent customer focus with excellent on the field sales experience.
• Proficient in assisting with marketing campaigns, documentation and working in a fast-paced marketing environment.
