Marketing Manager

Job Summary
- We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead the planning, execution, and evaluation of marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
- The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills with a proven ability to deliver impactful marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Lead the planning and execution of online and offline marketing campaigns.
- Manage the company's brand identity and ensure consistency across all marketing channels.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify new business opportunities.
- Develop marketing budgets and ensure optimal return on investment (ROI).
- Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads and support revenue growth.
- Oversee digital marketing activities, including social media, email marketing, SEO, and paid advertising.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare periodic marketing reports.
- Build strategic partnerships that enhance the company's market presence.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise the marketing team to achieve departmental goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree/HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3–5 years' experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, branding, market research, and campaign management.
- Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, email marketing, and marketing analytics tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results within deadlines.
- Professional marketing certification is an added advantage.
