Sales Executives / Marketers

Job Description
- The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth for our logistics services.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Prospect, meet, and acquire new clients.
- Promote the company's logistics and supply chain services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and negotiate contracts.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities.
- Provide regular sales reports and customer feedback.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure excellent service delivery.
Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
- 2–3 years' experience in sales or business development, preferably in the logistics, courier, freight forwarding, or FMCG industry.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Required Skills:
- Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused with strong relationship management abilities.
- Good presentation and analytical skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Other Requirements:
- Must reside in or be willing to work in Lagos, Port Harcourt, Sango, Abeokuta, Abuja, or Kano.
- Strong knowledge of the local market is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and under minimal supervision.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
Remuneration
- Salary: N150,000 – N200,000 per month (based on experience and performance).
