About the Role
- We are seeking an experienced Business Lead to transform Academy into a leading agribusiness academy and business school.
- The successful candidate will drive strategy, revenue growth, product development, partnerships, and operational excellence while positioning the Academy as a profitable education business.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Academy's business strategy and revenue growth.
- Develop and commercialize training and certification programmes.
- Drive learner enrolment and institutional partnerships.
- Build and manage a profitable product portfolio.
- Oversee curriculum quality and operational excellence.
- Lead the Academy team and manage stakeholder relationships.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Agribusiness, Education, or a related field.
- 6–8 years' experience in business leadership, education, or agribusiness.
- Strong commercial, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience managing P&L and driving business growth is an advantage.
