Contracts Lead III

Description
- We are seeking an experienced Contracts Lead III to oversee the administration, stewardship, and performance of service contracts while ensuring contractor compliance with contractual obligations, company standards, and corporate controls.
- The successful candidate will work closely with Procurement, Operations, and SSHE teams to optimize contractor performance throughout the contract lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full contract lifecycle from mobilization through close-out.
- Coordinate contractor onboarding, kick-off meetings, and interface management.
- Ensure contract documentation and purchase orders are in place before execution.
- Monitor contractor compliance with contractual obligations and company requirements.
- Maintain contractor tracking databases and contract records.
- Coordinate contractor site assessments, competency reviews, and performance evaluations.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly contract stewardship and KPI reports.
- Facilitate contractor performance review meetings and safety forums.
- Support contract owners with contract suspension, termination, and close-out activities.
- Collaborate with Procurement, Operations, and SSHE to improve contractor performance and compliance.
- Identify contract risks and recommend mitigation measures.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Procurement, Law, or a related discipline.
- Experience in contract administration within industrial, oil & gas, energy, or similar environments.
- Good understanding of procurement processes and contract management.
- Knowledge of contract terms and commercial administration.
- Strong planning, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Experience working with contractors and multicultural teams is an advantage.
