- Meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping the company competitive and innovative. Maximize the sales team’s potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those plans to the Corporate.
- Formulate and implement sales strategy that expands the company’s customer base and market share
- Achieve growth and meet sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
- Recruit, train, and manage the performance of the Sales Team
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Prepare, and present sales, revenue, and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while beingfully aware of new products and competition status
- Spearhead debt recovery and account receivables activities
- Write and submit periodic reports.
- Perform any other job-related roles assigned.
Requirements
- Degree in Geography, Geoinformation sciences, Geomatic Engineering is required
- 6-8 years’ experience in a similar role
- Knowledge in GIS, Remote Sensing, Sales and marketing
- Masters in any Business-related discipline is an added advantage.
- Communication skills
- Statistical and analytical skills
- Human relation skills
- Leadership skills.
