Field Sales Representative

Summary
- We are seeking motivated and result-driven individuals to join their team as Field Sales Representatives.
Job Responsibilities
- Drive sales and achieve assigned sales targets.
- Identify and develop new customer relationships.
- Visit existing and prospective customers regularly.
- Promote and create awareness for the company’s products.
- Take orders and follow up on customer needs.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Prepare regular sales/activity reports.
- Maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and other customers.
Requirements
- Minimum of an SSCE / OND; additional qualifications are an advantage.
- Previous experience in FMCG sales, field sales, retail, or distribution is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Target-driven, energetic, and self-motivated.
- Ability to work independently and cover assigned territories.
- Must be resident in or familiar with the assigned location.
Salary
N100,000 monthly including commission, with earning potential based on sales performance.
