Web Graphic Designer

We're looking for a Web Graphic Designer who understands how to create beautiful, premium creative assets for women's fashion and apparel brands across web, DTC, and Amazon. You will design and support a shoppable website relaunch, produce Amazon product listings and storefronts, and create DTC assets for a portfolio of consumer product brands. One of the primary accounts is an established legwear and hosiery brand with over 55 years of heritage currently relaunching its digital presence.

The most important thing we are looking for is a designer who genuinely understands premium women's fashion creative. This is a clothing brand for women and the work needs to look and feel like it belongs in that world — refined, considered, and visually elevated. Technical execution matters, but aesthetic sensibility matters more. If your portfolio demonstrates that you know how to design for women's apparel and lifestyle brands at a high-end level, Amazon-specific experience is a plus but not a requirement. Strong designers with the right eye and a willingness to learn platform requirements will absolutely be considered.

What You'll Work On

Web Design and DTC Website Support

• Support the design and relaunch of a shoppable DTC website for a heritage women's fashion brand
• Design landing pages, product pages, and site updates in Figma with a premium fashion aesthetic
• Collaborate with the broader team to bring a cohesive visual direction to the new website experience
• Produce web creative assets including banners, promotional graphics, and email marketing visuals
• Apply the same elevated aesthetic across all web touchpoints so the brand experience is consistent from homepage to checkout

Amazon Product Listing Creative

• Design main images, lifestyle imagery, and infographic image stacks for Amazon product listings
• Create stylized, informative product infographics that communicate key benefits clearly and visually
• Apply strong layout, hierarchy, and visual storytelling to every listing image set
• Ensure all assets meet Amazon's technical specifications and content standards

A+ Content and Brand Storytelling

• Design A+ Content modules that tell a compelling brand story and drive conversion
• Structure content flows that guide the customer through the product story logically and visually
• Maintain a premium aesthetic that reflects the brand's positioning and target customer
• A+ Content experience is preferred but not required — strong designers will be trained on platform requirements

Amazon Storefront Design

• Design and update Amazon Brand Storefronts that are visually cohesive and easy to navigate
• Create storefront layouts that showcase the full product range and support cross-sell and upsell

What You Bring

• A portfolio that demonstrates a genuine understanding of premium women's fashion and apparel aesthetics — this is the primary filter for this role
• Web design experience in Figma for DTC or e-commerce sites, including landing pages and product pages
• Experience designing for women's apparel, intimates, shapewear, tights, hosiery, lifestyle brands, or similar fashion-adjacent categories
• A strong, independent design eye with the ability to make strategic creative decisions about layout, storytelling, and visual hierarchy
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop and Illustrator
• Ability to work independently, deliver on time, and communicate clearly throughout every project
• Willingness to learn Amazon-specific requirements and platform standards if not already familiar

Nice to Have

• Prior experience designing Amazon product listings, A+ Content, or Brand Storefronts
• Background designing or redesigning DTC e-commerce websites for fashion or consumer brands
• Experience designing for heritage or legacy fashion brands undergoing a relaunch
• Experience working with consumer product portfolios or multi-brand companies
