Job Summary
- We are seeking a results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to drive sales of gym and fitness equipment while delivering excellent customer service.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, closing sales, and maintaining strong client relationships across B2B and B2C channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities
- Promote and sell gym equipment to individuals and organizations
- Manage customer inquiries and provide pre- and post-sales support
- Execute marketing activities to boost brand visibility
- Meet and exceed sales targets
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
- Ensure a seamless customer experience from initial contact to after-sales service.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 2–5 years’ experience in sales / marketing / Customer Service
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Proven ability to meet sales targets
- Proficiency in MS Office/CRM tools
