Marketing Executives

An insurance sales professional is responsible for generating leads, assessing client risk profiles, and selling tailored policies  (such as life, health, or property insurance). They manage client portfolios, assist with policy renewals, and guide policyholders through the claims process to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities;

• Lead Generation: Prospect for new clients via outbound calling, networking, and digital marketing to build a robust sales pipeline. 
• Needs Assessment: Conduct comprehensive reviews of prospective and existing clients' financial situations and current policies to identify coverage gaps. 
• Product Presentation: Explain various insurance options, policy features, pricing, and benefits to clients, ensuring they understand their coverage. 
• Policy Management: Prepare quotes, close new sales, process policy changes, and manage renewals. 
• Claims Support: Act as a liaison between the client and the underwriting or claims teams to facilitate a smooth resolution during incidents. 
• Compliance: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory requirements, and company guideline

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: A high school diploma is typically the minimum requirement, though a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or finance is highly preferred.
• Interpersonal Skills: Outstanding communication, empathy, and relationship-building skills to earn client trust and generate referrals.
