Sales Officer (Fluent in Hausa)

Description
- We are seeking a motivated, confident, and result-oriented Sales Officer to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate regularly with customers, dealers, and distributors across Northern Nigeria and other Hausa-speaking states from the Head Office.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Generate new sales leads and identify business opportunities.
- Promote company products and increase sales within assigned markets.
- Follow up on enquiries, orders, payments, and customer needs.
- Monitor market trends and provide useful feedback to management.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs.
- Prepare regular sales and customer activity reports.
- Most cases traveling to Northern Nigeria maybe required.
Requirements
- Minimum of an HND / Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in Sales and Marketing.
- Experience in Plastic Manufacturing is an added advantage.
- Must be fluent in Hausa and able to hear, understand, and communicate effectively with Hausa-speaking customers.
- Strong communication, negotiation, customer relationship, and selling skills.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and develop new customers/markets.
- Must be proactive, confident, hardworking, and target-driven.
- Ability to communicate professionally with customers across different locations.
- Knowledge of Northern Nigerian markets and Hausa-speaking states is an added advantage.
