Sales Representative (Business Development Executive)

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative / Business Development Executive to join our dynamic real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building strong client relationships, closing property sales, and identifying new business opportunities to drive company growth. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the real estate market, and the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Promote company products and services to potential customers
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and sales reports
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum of a OND/HND/ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Goal-oriented with a proactive attitude
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of CRM tools is an added advantage
- Must reside in Asaba, Delta State
