Direct Sales Representative (DSR) Merchants

Job Summary
- We are seeking motivated and customer-focused individuals to serve as Merchants at designated restaurant locations.
- The successful candidates will engage restaurant patrons, promote the bank’s account products, and assist interested customers with opening accounts.
Requirements
- Minimum of OND qualification.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused and persuasive approach.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Previous sales, marketing, customer service, or banking experience is an advantage.
- Must be willing to work from assigned restaurant locations.
Salary
N70,000 naira monthly allowance and commission on each successfully opened account.
