Product Lead - Self-Checkout Solutions (m/w/d)
SPAR ICS ist die IT-Gesellschaft der SPAR Österreich-Gruppe und kümmert sich um sämtliche IT-Belange von SPAR, INTERSPAR und SES Spar European Shopping Centers. Wir sind über 700 kluge Köpfe und haben zwei Agenden: Das reibungslose Einkaufserlebnis aller SPAR-Kund:innen in 5 Ländern und die digitalen Geschäftsprozesse "hinter den Regalen" im Konzern.
Aufgaben
- Die Produktvision, Strategie und Roadmap für unsere Self-Checkout-Lösungen international weiterzuentwickeln
- Bewertung und Priorisierung des Product Backlogs auf Basis der Anforderungen von nationalen und internationalen Stakeholdern
- Business Value, Kund:innennutzen und technische Machbarkeit in der Umsetzung zusammenzubringen
- Einen stabilen, sicheren und wirtschaftlichen Betrieb inklusive Qualität, Verfügbarkeit, Support und Dokumentation sicherzustellen
- Release-, Change- und Lifecycle-Management zu steuern und Änderungen kontrolliert umzusetzen
- Interne Stakeholder, Lieferanten und Partner im internationalen Umfeld zu koordinieren
Profil
- Abgeschlossener Ausbildung auf FH-, HTL- oder Universitätsniveau in Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder einem vergleichbaren Bereich
- Mehrjähriger Erfahrung als Product Lead oder in einer vergleichbaren Rolle, idealerweise im Handelsumfeld
- Erfahrung mit Datenbanken und agilen Tools wie Jira, Confluence und idealerweise LeanIX
- Gutem Verständnis für komplexe Systemlandschaften
- Hands-on-Mentalität und einer strukturierten Arbeitsweise
- Sehr guten Deutsch- und Englischkenntnissen in Wort und Schrift
