Park Lead

About the Role

• We are seeking a results-driven Park Lead to oversee the day-to-day operations of one or more operational parks.
• This role is responsible for ensuring operational excellence, team performance, cost control, safety compliance, and outstanding client experience while delivering agreed business targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of assigned park(s) to achieve operational and business objectives.
• Drive performance against agreed operational targets, budgets, and timelines.
• Lead, coach, and manage on-site teams to deliver exceptional results.
• Monitor operational costs and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, operational, and quality standards.
• Maintain accurate operational reports, project trackers, and end-of-day updates.
• Resolve operational issues promptly and escalate critical safety, financial, legal, or integrity concerns where necessary.
• Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
• Deliver an excellent customer experience through efficient park operations.
• Develop capable team members and ensure operational continuity through effective delegation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience managing operations, logistics, manufacturing, construction, or similar field-based operations.
• Demonstrated success in leading teams and achieving measurable operational targets.
• Strong leadership, planning, and organisational skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• High level of integrity, accountability, and professionalism.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.

Salary
