Investment Banking Product Analyst - Portuguese speaker

As an Investment Product & Advisory Analyst, you will support the investment advisory team in preparing client solutions, analyzing investment products, and delivering high-quality investment materials. You will work closely with senior advisors, product specialists, and portfolio management teams, gaining valuable exposure to private banking and investment solutions.

Investment Product & Advisory Analyst - Your responsibilities:

• Assist senior analysts and advisors in preparing and updating client investment proposals.
• Collect, review, and maintain investment product documentation, including KIDs, factsheets, and market-related materials.
• Collaborate with internal investment teams, including product specialists, advisors, and portfolio managers, to gather information and clarify product details.
• Conduct preliminary research on financial markets, investment products, and competitors to support the advisory team.
• Maintain internal databases, update Excel files, and prepare reports, summaries, and investment-related analyses.
• Support the preparation of investment materials aligned with the bank's global investment strategy.
• Participate in investment team governance activities, including the organization of committees and internal processes.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives by organizing information, supporting automation of repetitive tasks, and identifying efficiency opportunities.
• Ensure that all client documentation and investment proposals comply with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and quality standards.

Investment Product & Advisory Analyst - Your profile:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field, providing you with a solid foundation to understand complex financial concepts.
• A strong interest in the investment industry coupled with at least 3 years of experience in a bank with specialization on investment products, allowing you to quickly adapt and grow within the team.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills, with a great attention to detail and proficiency in Excel to handle data comfortably.
• Perfectly fluent in Portuguese and English, which will enable you to thrive in our international environment; knowledge of French is considered a wonderful asset to connect with broader local networks.
• A strong willingness to learn, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative spirit that will open doors to rapid internal evolution and long-term professional advancement.
