Human Resources & People Operations Officer

Beautiful Ideas Group is looking for a Human Resources & People Operations Officer who will help build a high-performance culture across the Group. This role goes beyond traditional HR administration. The successful candidate will support recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, policy implementation, learning and development, and people operations across our businesses. We are seeking someone who is organized, people-focused, proactive, and capable of turning structure into everyday practice. Key Responsibilities Recruitment & Talent Management
- Coordinate recruitment, interviews, onboarding, and orientation processes.
- Maintain talent pipelines and candidate databases.
- Support workforce planning and staffing needs across business units.
- Serve as a first point of contact for employee matters.
- Support employee engagement and team-building initiatives.
- Promote company values, culture, and professional conduct.
- Track daily, weekly, and monthly reporting compliance.
- Coordinate performance reviews, scorecards, and development plans.
- Monitor KPIs and employee productivity metrics.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Manage leave records, attendance, and employee files.
- Support policy implementation and compliance processes.
- Assist with disciplinary procedures and workplace investigations where required.
- Coordinate training programs and staff development initiatives.
- Track learning plans and professional growth opportunities.
- Support leadership development and succession planning efforts.
- Prepare weekly and monthly HR reports.
- Maintain HR dashboards and workforce records.
- Support management with workforce insights and recommendations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–5 years HR or People Operations experience.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and employment practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and documentation abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
