- Drive business development and manage corporate client relationships.
- Grow the corporate loan portfolio.
- Identify new business opportunities and cross-sell financial solutions.
- Conduct credit assessments and support loan origination.
- Achieve assigned business and profitability targets while maintaining portfolio quality.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in Corporate Banking or Business Development within a financial institution.
- Strong relationship management, credit analysis, and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to originate quality assets and mobilize deposits.
