Customer Experience Support Officer

Job Description

- We are looking for an enthusiastic and empathetic Customer Experience Support Officer to serve as the friendly voice of our company.
- In this role, you will interact directly with our clients and community members, address their inquiries, ensure they have a seamless experience, and help them navigate our offerings with confidence.
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone with a polite, professional, and helpful attitude.
- Listen actively to client issues, troubleshoot effectively, and guide them to satisfying solutions.
- Provide clear and accurate details regarding our services, processes, and opportunities.
- Log customer feedback and recurring issues to help our team continuously improve our service delivery.
- Work closely with other team members and departments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Requirements
- Minimum of HND / B.Sc. in any field with relevant experience; fresh graduates and career switchers are strongly encouraged to apply.
- A strong passion for helping people and delivering exceptional service.
- Note: No prior customer support experience is required—comprehensive training and mentorship will be provided by Nikemfol Limited from day one!
Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a friendly, patient, and professional tone.
- Comfortable using basic office tools, email platforms, and messaging apps.
- Strong active listening and natural problem-solving abilities.
- High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple inquiries efficiently.

Salary
N100,000 - N150,000 monthly.
