We are looking for a creative and results-oriented Digital Marketing & Customer Acquisition Specialist to promote LeaderDesk, reach relevant audiences, generate qualified leads, and drive customer acquisitions. Key Responsibilities Develop and distribute engaging promotional content that communicates LeaderDesk’s features, benefits, and value to potential users. Identify and reach relevant audiences, including business owners, team leaders, managers, entrepreneurs, and organisations. Use appropriate digital channels, including social media, online communities, email, direct outreach, and other relevant platforms, to promote the product. Generate qualified leads and encourage potential customers to explore and adopt LeaderDesk. Conduct targeted outreach to individuals and organisations that could benefit from a digital workspace and team management solution. Use assigned tracking links to drive measurable traffic, registrations, and customer acquisitions. Monitor campaign performance and provide regular updates on outreach activities, leads generated, and conversions achieved. Identify effective promotional strategies and continuously improve customer acquisition results. Requirements Skills or experience in digital marketing, content creation, lead generation, targeted outreach, sales, or customer acquisition. Ability to identify and reach relevant professional and business audiences. Good written communication and promotional content development skills. Familiarity with social media marketing, online communities, email marketing, or direct prospecting. Ability to work independently, meet agreed targets, and report performance accurately. Access to relevant networks, communities, or channels that can help reach potential LeaderDesk users. A results-driven mindset and willingness to learn about the product. Performance Expectations The successful applicant will be expected to generate measurable results through their assigned tracking link. Performance may be assessed using agreed metrics such as qualified leads, registrations, active users, and customer acquisitions.
