Business Development Officer
The Lenders Limited
Responsibilties
- Generate leads through cold calls, field marketing, referrals, networking, and strategic partnerships.
- Acquire new customers, including SMEs, traders, business owners, and salary earners.
- Market and promote the company's loan products to meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
- Follow up on leads, loan applications, approvals, and pending disbursements to improve conversion rates.
- Collect and verify customer information and required loan documentation.
- Assess customers' businesses and repayment capacity, escalating potential credit risks.
- Build strong customer relationships to encourage retention, repeat business, and referrals.
- Support repayment follow-ups and promptly report overdue accounts.
- Maintain accurate sales trackers and submit regular performance reports.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Achievement of loan disbursement targets.
- Number of quality leads generated and converted.
- New customer acquisition and customer retention.
- Quality and completeness of loan applications.
- Portfolio quality and delinquency management.
- Timely submission of sales reports.
Salary
N300,000 - N350,000 monthly.
