Role Summary We’re looking for a reliable, people-friendly team member who can handle customer calls and bookings, deliver cleaning services on site when needed, and supervise teams to maintain quality standards. You’ll be the first point of contact for clients, and also the hands-on person ensuring jobs are done right. Key Responsibilities
- Answer calls, WhatsApp, and emails. Respond to inquiries, quotes, and complaints within 30 minutes during work hours
- Take bookings, confirm appointments, send invoices/receipts, and update the job schedule
- Call clients after service to get feedback and handle any issues
- Carry out residential and office cleaning tasks including dusting, mopping, vacuuming, toilet sanitation, and waste disposal when assigned
- Check and restock cleaning materials and equipment before each job
- Inspect completed jobs and sign off before client handover
- Minimum OND
- 1-2 years in customer service, hospitality, or cleaning services.
- Good spoken and written English + Yoruba/Pidgin is a plus
- Basic computer skills
- Customer handling, problem solving, and time management
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety standards
- Presentable, honest, punctual, physically fit for cleaning tasks, and comfortable speaking with clients.
- Must reside in Lagos. Ability to move around the city for site visits
