Sales & Marketing Executive

Job Summary

• We are seeking a results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to drive sales of gym and fitness equipment while delivering excellent customer service.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, closing sales, and maintaining strong client relationships across B2B and B2C channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities
• Promote and sell gym equipment to individuals and organizations
• Manage customer inquiries and provide pre- and post-sales support
• Execute marketing activities to boost brand visibility
• Meet and exceed sales targets
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner
• Ensure a seamless customer experience from initial contact to after-sales service
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities

Field Sales & Marketing Responsibilities:

• Conduct field visits to gyms, fitness centers, corporate offices, estates, and other prospective client locations to generate leads and close sales
• Represent the company at trade fairs, exhibitions, fitness expos, and community events to promote gym equipment and generate brand awareness
• Carry out on-site product demonstrations and equipment presentations to prospective clients
• Distribute marketing materials, flyers, and promotional items during field visits and outreach activities
• Build and maintain relationships with gym owners, fitness centers, corporate wellness programs, and other B2B clients through regular field engagement
• Conduct market surveys and gather competitor and industry intelligence while in the field
• Plan and execute door-to-door and territory-based sales outreach to expand market reach
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly field visit and lead generation targets as set by management
• Coordinate with the marketing team to plan and execute local activations, roadshows, and promotional campaigns
• Provide regular field activity reports, including client feedback and market insights, to management

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in sales/marketing/Customer Service and Business Development
• Strong sales, customer service and communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to meet sales targets
• Proficiency in MS Office/CRM tools.

Salary
N200,000 – N300,000 monthly based on experience and qualifications.
