Senior Medical Sales Representative

Job Description
- We are seeking experienced, result-driven, and highly motivated professionals to join our team as senior medical Sales representatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales and achieve assigned revenue and volume targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, distributors, and key accounts.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Execute demand-generation activities, CMEs, and other promotional programs.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities and provide timely feedback.
- Ensure accurate reporting of sales activities through the company's sales software.
Requirements
- B.Sc./HND in Pharmacy, Biological Sciences, Medical Sciences, or a related discipline.
- 3–5 years' experience in pharmaceutical sales.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong knowledge of hospitals, pharmacies, distributors, and healthcare institutions within the assigned territory.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Remuneration
N200,000 - N300,000 monthly.
