Job Title:-Sales Executive Location-Port Harcourt, Rivers State Company- Avix Mobile **Job Summary** The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, acquiring customers, and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. The role requires a target-driven individual with excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of the mobile device and accessories market.

  • ## **Key Responsibilities**
  • ### **1. Sales & Business Development**
  • Identify, prospect, and onboard new customers within Port Harcourt and surrounding areas.
  • Achieve and exceed assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Actively promote and sell Avix Mobile products, including smartphones, accessories, and related offerings.
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to increase market penetration.
#### **2. Customer Relationship Management**
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, distributors, and retailers.
  • Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after sales.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
#### **3. Market Intelligence & Reporting**
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  • Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates to management.
  • Gather and share insights to support product positioning and pricing strategies.
#### **4. Product Knowledge & Promotion**
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of all Avix Mobile products and services.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to customers.
  • Support marketing campaigns, activations, and promotional events.
#### **5. Territory Management**
  • Effectively manage assigned sales territory to maximize coverage and revenue.
  • Ensure visibility and availability of products across retail outlets.
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate with supply chain teams to avoid stock-outs.
### **Requirements & Qualifications**
  • Minimum of OND/HND/Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 1–3 years proven experience in sales, preferably in mobile phones, electronics, or FMCG.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets under minimal supervision.
  • Good knowledge of Port Harcourt market and surrounding regions.
