Job Summary
- A.S. Abdul Global Homes is seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team, drive revenue growth, and strengthen our sales processes within the real estate business.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, supervise, and coordinate the sales team to achieve revenue targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and business development initiatives.
- Manage the sales pipeline from lead generation through conversion and closing.
- Monitor sales activities, follow-ups, inspections, proposals, and deal closures.
- Coach and develop sales officers to improve their performance and conversion rates.
- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and client acquisition channels.
- Ensure proper use of CRM and accurate reporting of sales activities.
- Analyse sales performance and provide regular reports to management.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Work closely with Marketing, CRM, Legal, and Management to improve the customer journey and conversion process.
- Ensure the sales team operates with professionalism, accountability, and strong customer service standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field and at least 3+ years of relevant sales experience, preferably in real estate or a target-driven industry.
- Proven experience managing and developing a sales team.
- Strong understanding of sales funnels, lead conversion, client acquisition, and closing.
- Strong communication, negotiation, leadership, and relationship-management skills.
- Ability to work with sales data, CRM systems, and performance reports.
- Strong commercial mindset with a demonstrated ability to drive revenue.
- Must be proactive, organised, accountable, and comfortable working in a performance-driven environment.
What We’re Looking For:
- We are looking for a hands-on sales leader, not simply a supervisor. The ideal candidate must be able to lead from the front, develop people, create sales opportunities, strengthen the sales process, and consistently push the team toward revenue results.
Salary
N550,000 Monthly.
