Job Description
- The Sales Managers will be responsible for achieving sales targets, maintaining excellent customer relationships, and promoting the KIA brand through outstanding service and professionalism.
Responsibilities
- Provide prompt feedback on market trends.
- Participate actively in sales promotional campaigns and marketing activities in collaboration with the marketing team.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and uphold brand service standards.
- Adhere strictly to company price policies and discount guidelines.
- Maintain and regularly update the customer database.
Requiremnets
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 4 years of proven experience in automobile sales or a similar role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and a team player.
