Sales Executive

- Identify, prospect, and generate new leads through networking, referrals, digital platforms, and other sales channels.
- Promote and sell the company's residential, commercial, and investment properties.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Conduct property presentations and consultations to understand clients' needs and recommend suitable investment options.
- Schedule and coordinate physical and virtual site inspections.
- Follow up on leads and negotiations to convert prospects into buyers.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities using the company's CRM system.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and company products.
- Represent Blueprint Shelter professionally at marketing events, exhibitions, and promotional campaigns.
- Provide excellent after-sales support to encourage repeat business and client referrals.
