Role Summary

We are seeking a highly organised and business-oriented Business Manager to provide executive, operational, and administrative support in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional coordination, communication, stakeholder management, and execution capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage high-volume, multi-time-zone executive calendars.

· Track, coordinate, and close tasks across teams using trackers and project management tools.

· Provide rapid response and coordination support in a fast-turnaround environment.

· Coordinate end-to-end travel arrangements including flights, visas, itineraries, and logistics.

· Support stakeholder communication and cross-functional coordination.

· Develop and improve trackers, workflows, reporting structures, and operational processes.

· Organise meetings, prepare agendas, record notes, and follow up on action items.

Requirements

Required Experience

· Experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-level executives (CEO, COO, CFO).

· Experience as Chief of Staff in a founder-led business or family office is highly desirable.

· Experience leading or supervising executive operations functions.

· Consulting Analyst, Associate, or Senior Associate background is advantageous.

· Project coordination or project management experience is advantageous.

Educational Qualification

· Tier 1: First Class undergraduate degree in Law, Business, Social Sciences, or STEM from UNILAG, Covenant University, University of Ibadan (UI), OAU, ABU, UNN, AUN, Babcock University, or an overseas university (UK/USA).

· Tier 2: Strong Second Class Upper degree and/or completed postgraduate degree (minimum Merit).

Years of Experience

· Experienced candidates: 4-6 years relevant experience.

· Entry-level candidates: 0-3 years relevant experience.

Skills and Competencies

· Advanced written and spoken English communication skills.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Excel.

· Travel coordination and logistics management capabilities.

· Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.

· Email management expertise.

· Document preparation and review skills.

· Project management capabilities.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Industry Background

· Tier 1: Top-tier law firms, financial services organisations, Big Four consulting firms, multinational companies, or evidence of extensive international engagement.

· Tier 2: Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) organisations.

Assessment Benchmark

· Tier 1: 90-100% Business Manager assessment score.

· Tier 2: 80-90% Business Manager assessment score.
