Full-Stack Software Engineer

Summary

• As our Full-Stack Software Engineer, you will be a core product builder within CW Labs, responsible for designing, developing, and deploying end-to-end digital products.
• You will build solutions ranging from luxury client-facing property portals and inspection booking platforms to internal operational tools and commercial digital products.
• You will work in a high-ownership, AI-augmented environment, collaborating closely with the automation and AI systems team to turn business ideas and requirements into scalable, secure, and user-friendly digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy full-stack web applications and digital products.
• Build responsive and high-performance property portals and interactive inspection booking platforms.
• Develop B2B dashboards, vendor management platforms, and internal operational tools.
• Build reusable and modular code libraries to accelerate the development of new websites and digital products.
• Develop and maintain secure RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
• Integrate applications with CRM systems, WhatsApp automation pipelines, payment gateways, and other third-party services.
• Develop mobile-responsive applications and, where required, mobile applications using React Native.
• Design, manage, and optimise databases for application performance and reliability.
• Identify and resolve bugs, technical issues, and performance bottlenecks.
• Implement appropriate security, authentication, and data protection practices.
• Manage application deployment and ongoing maintenance across relevant hosting and cloud platforms.
• Use Git and GitHub to manage source code, version control, and collaborative development.
• Work closely with the automation, AI, design, operations, and management teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Continuously improve existing applications, systems, and development processes.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies, development frameworks, AI tools, and industry best practices.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2 - 4 years of professional software development experience, with demonstrable full-stack development experience.
• Proven portfolio of applications or digital products that you have designed, developed, or contributed significantly to.
• Experience within real estate technology, PropTech, FinTech, or other technology-driven businesses.
• Experience taking applications from concept and development through deployment and maintenance.
• Strong understanding of software development principles, application architecture, APIs, databases, and security.

What You Will Be Building:
The successful candidate will contribute to the development of:

• Luxury Property Showcase Portals and interactive inspection booking engines for CW Real Estate and external developer clients.
• B2B Client Dashboards and vendor management platforms packaged as commercial CW Labs digital products.
• Reusable Modular Code Libraries that enable the team to launch new client websites and digital tools faster.
• RESTful and GraphQL APIs connecting applications with CRM systems, WhatsApp automation pipelines, and third-party integrations.
• Mobile-Responsive Web Applications and, where required, React Native mobile applications for agents and clients.

Strong Advantage:

• Experience with React Native or Expo for mobile application development.
• Experience integrating WhatsApp APIs, webhooks, payment gateways, CRM APIs, and other third-party services.
• Experience building AI-powered applications or integrating AI tools and APIs.
• Experience working with automation platforms and workflow systems.
• Previous experience developing SaaS products or commercial digital platforms.
• Experience within real estate technology, PropTech, FinTech, or other technology-driven businesses.
