Role Summary

• The Sales Supervisor is responsible for leading the Customer Experience team to achieve sales and revenue targets by ensuring every sales opportunity is maximized.
• The role focuses on supervising daily sales activities, coaching team members, monitoring performance, and driving consistent conversion of customer inquiries into completed sales.
• The Sales Supervisor is expected to lead by example by actively participating in sales activities, supporting the team in closing difficult sales, and creating a high-performance sales culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the Customer Experience team to ensure efficient handling of customer inquiries and orders.
• Drive the achievement of daily, weekly, and monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Monitor individual and team sales performance and hold team members accountable for meeting assigned KPIs.
• Coach, mentor, and motivate Customer Experience Officers to improve product knowledge, communication, objection handling, and sales conversion.
• Lead by example by actively selling and assisting in closing high-value or complex customer orders when necessary.
• Review customer interactions regularly to ensure excellent customer service and adherence to the company's sales process.
• Track inquiry-to-sale conversion rates and implement corrective actions where performance falls below target.
• Prepare and submit accurate daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports.
• Work closely with the Production, Operations, and Customer Experience teams to ensure customer orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
• Identify opportunities to increase repeat business, customer retention, and average order value.
• Ensure all customer complaints relating to sales are resolved promptly and professionally.
• Recommend practical initiatives that improve sales performance and customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree 
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in sales, customer service, or sales supervision.
• Proven ability to consistently achieve or exceed sales targets.
• Strong ability to coach, supervise, and develop a sales team.
• Passionate about selling and helping others succeed in sales.
• Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Good analytical skills with the ability to monitor and interpret sales performance.
• Proficient in preparing accurate reports and using Microsoft Excel and other reporting tools.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
