- ILEOJA Group is looking for a highly organized, result-driven and experienced Head of Operations (HOP) to oversee our day-to-day operations, people management and Customer Service/Sales Closing Unit.
- This is a hands-on leadership positio n for someone who can manage people, enforce standards and, most importantly, drive measurable business results.
Your Key Responsibilties
People & Administration:
- Oversee staff attendance, discipline and performance
- Manage recruitment, onboarding and staff development
- Handle queries, warnings and disciplinary processes
- Coordinate staff training and performance reviews
- Maintain proper staff documentation and administrative processes.
CSR / Sales Closing Operations:
- Lead and supervise the CSR/Sales Closing department
- Manage Team Leaders and CSRs
- Monitor daily and weekly conversion/delivery performance
- Ensure minimum performance targets are consistently achieved
- Monitor CRM compliance and customer follow-up
- Improve sales closing and objection-handling techniques
- Monitor upselling performance
- Identify underperforming staff and implement corrective actions
- Coach Team Leaders and CSRs to improve results
- Ensure sales opportunities are not lost due to poor follow-up or operational failures
Operational Management:
- Monitor key daily operational KPIs
- Identify operational problems before they affect revenue
- Develop and implement processes that improve efficiency
- Prepare daily/weekly operational reports for Management
- Hold Team Leaders and staff accountable for results
- Work directly with the Managing Director to improve overall business performance.
You should be
- Interested candidates should possess an HND / Bachelor`s / Master`s Degree with 2 years experience.
- A strong people manager
- Highly organized and disciplined
- Comfortable managing a performance-driven team
- Experienced in sales, telesales, call centres, customer service or eCommerce operations
- Strong in CRM usage and reporting
- Able to identify problems and take action without waiting to be told
- Comfortable setting targets and holding people accountable
- A good communicator and problem solver
- Able to work under pressure
- Result-oriented rather than excuse-oriented.
