- We are looking for experienced Production Supervisors to oversee daily feed mill operations, ensuring efficient production, quality compliance, inventory control, and team supervision.
- Candidates must have hands-on experience in either raw materials or finished products within a feed mill environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily production activities and meet production targets.
- Manage raw materials or finished products efficiently.
- Ensure product quality and compliance with GMP and HSE standards.
- Monitor inventory and maintain accurate production records.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Warehouse, and Logistics teams.
- Supervise, train, and motivate production staff.
- Minimize waste and improve operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Minimum of an SSCE qualification.
- 2-5 years years' experience in a Feed Mill.
- Strong knowledge of feed manufacturing operations.
- Leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
