Business Development Officer

Job Summary

• We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Officer to join our growing media company.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, increasing revenue through advertising and media partnerships, and supporting the company's overall growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
• Generate leads and convert prospects into paying clients.
• Promote the company's media and advertising solutions to prospective clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
• Negotiate contracts and close business deals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
• Meet and exceed assigned sales and revenue targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years' proven experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition, preferably within the media, advertising, or related industry.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and drive revenue growth.
• Excellent relationship management and networking skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
