Social Media Manager

Job Summary
- We are seeking an experienced and creative Social Media Manager to lead the organization’s digital presence, content strategy, and online brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media and digital content strategies.
- Manage LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, YouTube, TikTok, and other platforms.
- Create engaging, industry-relevant content and manage the content calendar.
- Drive audience growth, engagement, brand awareness, and digital campaigns.
- Manage paid social media campaigns and track campaign performance.
- Monitor trends, competitor activities, and industry conversations.
- Work with management and creative teams to develop compelling digital content.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, Digital Media, or related field.
- 7–8 years of relevant experience in Social Media Management/Digital Marketing.
- Demonstrable experience managing multiple social media accounts or brands simultaneously.
- Proven experience developing and executing social media strategies.
- Strong understanding of social media analytics and reporting tools.
- Proven experience creating short-form videos, reels, social media graphics, and other digital content.
- Experience with social media management and scheduling platforms.
- Proficiency in Meta Business Suite, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube Studio, Google Analytics, Canva, CapCut, or similar tools is an advantage.
- Strong copywriting, storytelling, branding, and communication skills.
Salary
N800,000 / Month (Net).
