Job Description

• The role involves creating content, managing social media platforms, monitoring performance, and staying up to date with digital marketing trends.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media strategies and campaigns.
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across social media platforms.
• Manage the company's social media accounts and online communities.
• Monitor social media trends and competitor activities.
• Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries promptly.
• Track and analyze social media performance using analytics tools.
• Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to produce high-quality content.
• Manage paid social media advertising campaigns where required.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong content creation and copywriting abilities.
• Knowledge of major social media platforms and analytics tools.
• Creativity and attention to detail.
• Graphic design and basic video editing skills are an advantage.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Mass Communication, Public Relations, or a related field.

Experience:

• 2 - 4 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or a related role

Other Requirements:

• Experience using social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite).
• Basic knowledge of graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Understanding of SEO, social media analytics, and digital marketing best practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
