- Manage Lance Trend's Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and other relevant social media platforms.
- Develop and execute a monthly social media content strategy.
- Create content calendars based on products, promotions, campaigns and business objectives.
- Write engaging captions, ad copies and promotional content.
- Monitor comments, messages and audience engagement.
- Stay updated with social media trends and identify opportunities to increase reach and engagement.
Ads Strategy & Management
- Plan, set up and manage Meta Ads campaigns.
- Develop campaigns focused on awareness, traffic, WhatsApp enquiries, leads and sales.
- Conduct audience research and competitor analysis.
- Test different audiences, creatives, offers, placements and ad copies.
- Monitor and optimize campaigns to improve CPC, CTR, CPA, conversion rate and ROAS.
- Identify underperforming campaigns and make timely adjustments.
- Manage advertising budgets responsibly.
Content & Campaign Coordination
- Work closely with the graphics designer, videographer and content team to develop marketing creatives.
- Provide clear creative briefs for images, videos, reels and advertisements.
- Develop promotional campaigns around products and seasonal offers.
- Assist in creating short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels and Facebook.
Reporting & Analytics
- Prepare weekly and monthly social media and advertising performance reports.
- Track key metrics including:
- Reach
- Engagement
- Followers
- Website traffic
- Leads
- WhatsApp enquiries
- Cost per lead
- Conversion rate
- Advertising spend
- ROAS
- Provide recommendations based on campaign performance and data.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Social Media Management, Digital Marketing or Meta Ads.
- Proven experience managing Facebook/Instagram advertising campaigns.
- Good understanding of Meta Ads Manager and Business Suite.
- Experience with e-commerce, retail, technology or consumer products is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of social media trends and content marketing.
- Good copywriting and communication skills.
- Ability to analyse campaign data and make strategic decisions.
- Ability to work with graphic designers and video creators.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics/GA4, Google Tag Manager and conversion tracking is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
