Job title : Business Development / Marketing Manager

• The Business Development/Marketing Manager is responsible for driving business growth by identifying new business opportunities, securing security service contracts, strengthening client relationships, and increasing the Company's market share and revenue.
• The role also involves developing strategic partnerships, preparing competitive proposals, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective account management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
• Identify, pursue, and secure new security service contracts from corporate, commercial, industrial, residential, and public sector ⁷clients.
• Generate and qualify sales leads through networking, referrals, marketing initiatives, and market research.
• Prepare and present proposals, quotations, bids, and contract documents.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site assessments to understand security requirements.
• Negotiate contract terms and pricing within approved company guidelines.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Work closely with the Operations Department to ensure seamless mobilisation and service delivery to clients.
• Represent the Company at business meetings, exhibitions, conferences, and networking events.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to promote the Company's services and brand.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and contractual obligations.
• Perform any other duties assigned by Management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, Economics, or a related field.
• Professional qualifications in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development are an added advantage.

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in business development or sales, preferably in the private security industry or other service-based organisations.
• Proven track record of securing high-value corporate contracts.
