Role Overview
- We are looking for an enthusiastic, detail-oriented HR Intern to support our Human Resources operations. In this role, you will gain hands-on exposure to full-cycle recruitment, employee onboarding, HR database management, and internal administrative workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment Support: Post job openings across target job platforms and social networks, screen candidate resumes, and coordinate interview schedules.
- Onboarding & Records: Collect incoming hire documentation, set up physical and digital employee files, and assist with onboarding schedules.
- HR Administration: Draft routine HR letters, maintain candidate trackers in Google Sheets/Excel, and ensure HR databases remain accurate.
- Policy & Communication: Assist in formatting HR documents, employee policies, and staff notices.
- Ad-Hoc Projects: Support internal staff training arrangements, team engagement activities, and general administrative needs.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Google Sheets/Forms).
- Soft Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, strong organization, and sharp attention to detail.
- Professional Conduct: High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential candidate/employee information responsibly.
- Mindset: Proactive, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
