Retail Store Executive

Job Summary
- We are looking for a hands‑on and customer‑focused Retail Store Manager.
- You’ll curate personalized gift selections, guide customers through purchase choices, manage daily store operations, take inventories and create engaging weekly social media content using Canva, CapCut, and other AI tools.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily opening, closing, and operational routines.
- Engage with walk‑in and online customers, helping them select tailored gifts based on their briefs, occasion, budget, and recipient.
- Curate unique gift packages and suggest upsell options to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Plan and create daily contents for the company’s social media platforms
- Track content performance and adjust strategies to boost engagement.
- Maintain accurate inventory tracking, and keep regular sales record
- Update and analyze sales and inventory data for daily and monthly reporting.
Key Requirements
- Possess a Bachelor's Degree / HND / OND with proven experience as a store manager in a similar role (added advantage)
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple events simultaneously.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Excellent communication skills; friendly, approachable, and must pay attention to details
- Basic proficiency in Canva, CapCut, or similar editing tools (social media content production).
- Familiar with CRM tools such as Hubspot, Zoho , Quickbooks (or willing to learn)
- Basic knowledge of using Canva, Capcut and other similar apps
- Female (For gender balance)
