OOH Operations Executive (Hybrid)

Job Summary
- We are hiring an OOH Operations Executive to own the end-to-end execution of our out-of-home advertising campaigns billboards, lamp-posts, and digital screens.
- You'll be the link between clients, our technical team, and vendors, making sure every campaign goes up on time, on budget, and exactly as promised.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee execution of OOH campaigns across all formats
- Supervise the technical operations officer to ensure accurate, efficient installs
- Manage vendor and site-owner relationships to secure inventory and keep installations running smoothly
- Oversee billboard construction projects
- Conduct site inspections to confirm campaigns are properly executed and maintained
- Track and manage inventory of advertising materials and tools
- Report on campaign performance, site conditions, and operational issues (with photo documentation)
- Liaise with regulatory agencies to secure approvals and keep campaigns compliant
Skillset and competency
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (B.Sc. Marketing is a plus)
- PMP certification is an advantage
- Strong organizational skills
- Confident negotiator and relationship manager
- Clear communicator, comfortable presenting and solving problems on the fly
- Thrives under pressure and manages time well
- Solid working knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Salary
N300,000 - N350,000 monthly.
