Finance Director

Job Description
- A CPA, ACCA, or CFA shows you have great skills.
- You must know how to track the cost
- You build number models to predict future growth.
- You use past data to guess if you will make money next year.
- You must follow tax laws and accounting rules, such as GAAP
- You manage a team of accountants. You help them do their jobs well.
- You turn complex numbers into simple stories for the CEO.
- You help the boss make good choices. If the company wants to open a new store, you figure out if they can afford it.
- You spot money problems before they happen.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business. An MBA is a big plus.
- At least 10 years of experience as a Finance Manager or Controller.
