Personal Assistant to the Managing Director

Job Summary
- We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Personal Assistant to provide executive and administrative support to the Managing Director.
- The role involves managing schedules, coordinating meetings and travel, handling correspondence, and ensuring the smooth execution of business and personal activities with a high level of confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Managing Director's calendar, meetings, appointments, and travel.
- Prepare reports, presentations, emails, and other correspondence.
- Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Maintain organized records, contracts, and confidential documents.
- Conduct research and provide administrative support.
- Track assigned tasks and ensure timely completion.
- Handle personal errands and other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- OND, HND, or Bachelor's Degree.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Personal or Executive Assistant.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently.
- Experience in the real estate industry is an added advantage.
