Personal Assistant to the Managing Director

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Personal Assistant to provide executive and administrative support to the Managing Director.
  • The role involves managing schedules, coordinating meetings and travel, handling correspondence, and ensuring the smooth execution of business and personal activities with a high level of confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the Managing Director's calendar, meetings, appointments, and travel.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, emails, and other correspondence.
  • Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
  • Maintain organized records, contracts, and confidential documents.
  • Conduct research and provide administrative support.
  • Track assigned tasks and ensure timely completion.
  • Handle personal errands and other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • OND, HND, or Bachelor's Degree.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Personal or Executive Assistant.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently.
  • Experience in the real estate industry is an added advantage.
