Head of Operations-Hospitality/Hotel

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Head of Operations to oversee the day-to-day operations of a hospitality/hotel business and ensure excellent service delivery, operational efficiency, and quality standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee the daily operations and overall management of the hotel/hospitality facility.
• Supervise, coordinate, and monitor all operational teams and departments.
• Ensure high standards of guest experience, service delivery, hygiene, and quality control .
• Monitor staff performance, discipline, attendance, productivity, and compliance with SOPs.
• Coordinate and supervise IT systems, technology, and operational support .
• Identify operational gaps and implement practical solutions to improve efficiency.
• Develop and enforce operational procedures, policies, and service standards.
• Monitor inventory, facilities, equipment, maintenance, and general operational resources.
• Handle operational challenges, guest complaints, and service recovery professionally.
• Prepare regular operational reports and provide management with insights and recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety requirements, and hospitality standards.

Requirements

✅4+ years relevant experience in hotel, hospitality, restaurant, or related operations management.

✅ Proven experience supervising multi-department teams .

✅ Strong knowledge of hospitality operations and quality control.

✅ Good understanding of IT systems and technology used in hotel operations .

✅ Strong leadership, problem-solving, communication, and organisational skills.

✅ Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple operational priorities.

✅ Must be hands-on, proactive, accountable, and results-driven .
