Job Summary
The Head of Operations will provide overall leadership for the Company's operational activities, including logistics, inventory management, operational compliance and boutique operational performance.
The role will have direct oversight of the inventory function and will ensure efficient coordination between operations, warehouses, boutiques and other business units.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Oversee logistics, warehouse and inventory operations.
- Directly manage the inventory function.
- Monitor operational performance across boutiques.
- Establish and monitor operational policies and procedures.
- Ensure effective stock movement and distribution.
- Monitor operational compliance and control standards.
- Identify operational inefficiencies and implement improvements.
- Develop operational KPIs and performance dashboards.
- Manage operational budgets and costs.
- Coordinate with Finance, Sales, IT and other departments.
- Lead and develop the operations team.
- Report operational performance and key issues to senior management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Operations Management or related field.
- 7–12 years' experience in operations, logistics, supply chain or retail.
- Significant managerial/leadership experience.
- Experience overseeing multi-location retail operations is highly desirable.
