Head of Sales

Job Summary
- This is a senior leadership opportunity for a commercially driven professional who can build sales strategies, develop strategic partnerships, close high-value deals, and lead a growing sales function.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute commercial growth and sales strategies
- Own revenue generation initiatives and business development activities
- Identify, negotiate, and close high-value partnerships
- Build relationships with corporate organisations, event companies, hospitality brands, marketing agencies, and industry stakeholders
- Develop and manage strong sales pipelines
- Lead, coach, and manage a distributed sales team
- Monitor sales performance and provide strategic reports to leadership
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum of B.Sc/HND in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fields
- 5+ years’ experience in business development, commercial leadership, or senior sales roles
- Proven track record of building sales pipelines and closing high-value deals
- Strong professional network within entertainment, events, hospitality, media, or related industries
- Experience managing teams and driving commercial performance
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
- Ability to work independently, make strategic decisions, and deliver measurable results
- Willingness to travel nationally when required
Preferred Experience:

- Entertainment and event partnerships
- Sponsorship and brand collaborations
- Hospitality/business development
- Media and marketing partnerships
- Technology platforms or marketplace businesses
